Our Parrots for sale are small parrots that make excellent pets. They are second to none in terms of pet popularity. They come in a variety of color mutations, some rarer than others. It is best to get a young bird that is hand fed and all our babies are hand-fed.
 
Our parrots for sale are very affectionate birds that will often learn tricks to delight their owners. They can mimic speech and sounds, but their voice is very high-pitched so it can be hard to hear the words. However, their whistling ability is well known, and many tiels can be taught whole songs with practice. Their gentle, sweet nature makes them ideal birds for young children (although generally pet birds are not a good idea for children under age 6 in most cases).
talk to them often; they will learn to talk. If you are gone for a long period, leave a radio on for company.

Toys are essential. They love bright colored hanging toys and swings, bells, ladders, mirrors.

Yes, cockatiels will exist happily with other birds, large and small. They are not aggressive birds. Have fun with your new friend!

Our birds are guaranteed to be healthy when they leave our home.  To further insure their good health, we take the precaution of medicating all our birds once a year with preventative antibiotics, a safe guard against parrot fever.  We do this annual medication based on  our avian vet's recommendation because we do have a great many cockatiels in free flight in our bird room.
